• Personal Identifiers: We collect your name, email address, and mobile number. Verification is conducted via a secure One-Time Password (OTP) system.


• Geolocation Data: To provide precise "Location Pins" and navigate you to assigned parking slots, the App requires access to your device’s real-time GPS coordinates.


• Vehicle Metadata: We store vehicle registration numbers and types (Car/Bike) to enable automated check-in and security verification.

3. Data Encryption and Security

We employ industry-standard SHA-256 security processes to encrypt sensitive information before it is stored in our secure database. We maintain strict physical and electronic safeguards to protect against unauthorized access or data breaches.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Data is shared only with PCI-compliant payment gateways for transaction processing and with authorized on-site supervisors for the sole purpose of booking verification.
