Inventory Management & Reversal Logic

1. Perishable Inventory Notice

Parking slots are treated as time-sensitive, perishable inventory. Once a slot is reserved, it is removed from public availability, and the following refund schedule applies.

3. Platform-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that ParkVault or an on-site supervisor cancels a booking due to technical failure, slot unavailability, or operational errors not caused by the user, a 100% refund of the total transaction value will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed automatically to the original source of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking). Funds typically reflect in the user’s account within 5–7 business days.

5. Instant On-Site Bookings

Bookings facilitated manually by supervisors via the Admin Application are considered "Instant Bookings" and are strictly non-refundable once the OTP is validated.
