Terms of Use

1. User Eligibility

Services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. The Booking Contract

A confirmed booking constitutes a time-bound license to utilize a specific parking slot. This license is valid strictly for the Date, Start Time, and End Time specified on the digital QR Ticket.

3. Fees and Statutory Taxes

• Platform Fee: A non-refundable 15% Booking Charge is applied for the digital facilitation and reservation services.


• GST: All transactions are subject to 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) in accordance with prevailing tax laws.

4. On-Site Verification

Access to the designated premises is contingent upon a successful scan of the digital QR code by a ParkVault supervisor. Entry may be denied if vehicle details do not match the digital record or if the user fails to provide valid government-issued identification upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

ParkVault operates as an intermediary aggregator. We do not own or manage the physical parking premises. Consequently, the Company is not liable for any vehicle theft, physical damage, or loss of personal belongings occurring within third-party premises.
